We strive to get your investment rented quickly, but feel it is important to get the RIGHT tenant versus the FAST tenant! Spending time up front and finding the BEST tenant for your rental creates a good experience all around, versus one that is stressful and frustrating.

Oftentimes, owners just simply accept the first tenant with a Housing Voucher only to find out they should have done more work in qualifying even the Section 8 tenant. Learning from experience in this Section 8 space, we now seek the best possible tenant through our screening process...

Although the potential tenant has been approved by the Housing Choice Voucher program, our screening will consider their credit scores, payment record for collections history, and their 30/60/90 payment pattern. In addition, where possible, we will schedule an interview with them. Overall, we take a comprehensive look at the applicant which has proven to be extremely successful – the tenant get a home that is well-cared for and the owner get a tenant that takes care of their home.
