We offer 4 kinds of showings:

Agent Tours. We will schedule personal tours for HCV tenants that are confined by their work hours or other constraints and need something more personalized.

Self-Showings. We install special lockboxes that allow tenants to view the Section 8 home on their own time. Our lockboxes require id and will provide unique codes at specific times when the tenant is within close proximity of the home.

Open Houses. To generate excitement and a sense of urgency, we conduct open houses for multiple tenants to view the property, generally on the weekend.

Housing Authority Fairs. We participate in the housing fairs sponsored by the various housing authorities. We provide flyers and get the opportunity to speak directly with potential tenants before scheduling any tours.
